At Junie, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, gently used items are eligible for store credit to ensure you find your perfect match.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned beauty products, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
